Experience the pinnacle of refined living at the Granite Glass Marina Retreat(Villa Markel), an architectural gem within the Lodgerstripcollection. Perfectly positioned just a leisurely stroll from the world-class superyachts and designer boutiques of Puerto Calero, this villa is designed for travelers who demand both the exclusivity of a private estate and the vibrant lifestyle of Lanzarote’s most prestigious marina.
Interior Artistry & Sophisticated Flow
The villa’s interior is a tribute to premium materials and thoughtful design. Upon entry, you are greeted by an expansive open-plan lounge and a chef’s kitchen defined by stunning polished granite worktops.
The true showstopper is the dining sanctuary: featuring innovative bi-fold patio doors, the entire wall can be folded back to dissolve the boundary between the wooden-floored interior and the Mediterranean air. This creates a seamless, breezy atmosphere—the ultimate setting for long, Spanish-style dinners that last well into the starlit night.
The En-Suite Sanctuaries
At Lodgerstrip, we prioritize the comfort of every guest. Unlike standard villas, every bedroom in this retreat is a private suitefeaturing:
High-Spec Bathrooms:Modern finishes and premium fixtures in every room.
Warm Aesthetics:Polished wooden floors and massive built-in wardrobes.
Versatile Sleeping:A grand king-size master suite complemented by two bright twin rooms, offering a luxurious oasis for both families and couples.
Garden Oasis & Private Leisure
The exterior is a curated landscape of relaxation. The spectacular main terrace offers a variety of 'escape zones' to suit every mood:
The Pagoda:A charming shaded area perfect for afternoon cocktails or a quiet read.
Al Fresco Dining:A high-end BBQ area ready for locally caught seafood feasts.
The Pool:A shimmering private swimming pool surrounded by plush sunbeds and shaded sofa areas.
(Note for families: The pool is unfenced, ensuring an aesthetically pure design, but requiring supervision for our youngest guests.)
