Spread across two levels with an inviting rooftop terrace, the villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces ideal for families, groups, or extended stays on the Costa del Sol.
The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to unwind with a drink while watching the sun set over the Mediterranean after a day by the pool or beach.
Villa Damt features 4 spacious bedrooms, including a beautifully designed master suite with an elegant en-suite bathroom complete with a freestanding bathtub and large double shower.
The additional bathrooms are equally stylish, each thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and freestanding bathtubs that create a spa-like atmosphere throughout the home.

Important Information
Check-In
- Standard check-in: until 21:00
- Late check-in after 21:00: €70 (must be arranged in advance)
- Late check-in after 23:00: €120 (subject to availability and prior confirmation)
Check-Out
- Early check-out before 08:00: €35 (must be arranged in advance)
For same-day or last-minute reservations after 18:00, please contact us before booking to confirm check-in availability.
As we do not live on-site, it is important that guests arrive at the agreed check-in time. In case of delays due to flights, traffic, or other circumstances, please inform us in advance.
A 30-minute grace period is included. Additional waiting time may incur a €20 fee per 30 minutes, payable on arrival.
All guests are required to register upon arrival with a valid passport or national ID in accordance with Spanish regulations.
The cleaning fee covers final cleaning only. Additional cleaning or linen changes during the stay can be arranged for an extra charge.
