Golf is approximately 100 m away, restaurants 600 m and the sandy beach 1.7 km. A car is recommended. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels and two covered parking spaces are included.
Check-in is 15:00–20:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Final cleaning is €700 per booking. A refundable €2,000 security deposit is payable with the final payment; the supplier states that bank-transfer refunds are made 5–15 days after departure. Pool heating is €64 per night; cot €35 and high chair €25 per booking.
This is a residential property: parties, events, hen and stag gatherings are not permitted. No smoking or pets. Groups of young people up to age 30 are not accepted; please enquire if unsure. Respect occupancy limits, community rules and quiet hours.
