From 10:00 PM onwards, quiet hours apply to ensure consideration for neighbouring residents.
If your group is planning celebrations or events, please let us know before booking so we can recommend a more suitable party-friendly property if necessary.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Air Conditioning
To help preserve the cooling system and reduce unnecessary energy consumption, please switch off the air conditioning whenever leaving the property. For maximum efficiency, keep doors and windows closed while the system is operating.
Security Deposit
Guests are kindly asked to treat the villa with care and respect the community regulations throughout their stay.
Any damage, excessive noise, unauthorised parties or breaches of community rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or, in serious cases, immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
